Equipment

I've worked at this site for the last twenty years working with mixing and blending, reacting, soaps, cleaners, and a variety of chemicals. Everything I've learned has been from past veterans of this company.

David Michael Harrod | Chemical Operator

We have a wide variety of reactors on site to meet all of our customer’s needs, including the largest fleet of horizontal reactors in the industry ranging from 130 liters to 15,000 liters and the ability to form liquid slurry power (LSP) in one-unit operations.

With a variety of blend and mix tanks, we can handle highly viscous materials giving Ascent Chemicals the ability to work on complex chemistries and configurations.

Chemical Intermediates
Chemical Intermediates enjoy a strong value proposition in the key segments they serve. Protected by trade secrets and long application development cycles, these products maintain a high selling price. They are somewhat protected from low cost product substitution because of stringent standards of product performance, application development complexities, and testing and qualification cycles.
