EtnaFoam OB-ECO+

OVERVIEW

EtnaFoam OB-ECO+ is a non-silicone defoamer that uses vegetable oil to replace traditional hydrocarbons. The resulting defoamer has several environmental benefits versus mineral oilbased products which include higher degradability, lower VOC, reduced health and safety concerns, and a much higher renewable content. In addition, the flash point of Defoamer OB-ECO+ is higher than most hydrocarbon-based products. The vegetable oil base is made from feedstocks derived from annually renewable materials and these have historically been very stable in pricing compared to oil derivatives. EtnaFoam OB-ECO+ works well in most applications where traditional non-silicone defoamers are used without modification to usage levels or procedures.
