SierraSurf 300 MO
OVERVIEW
SierraSurf 300 MO is a nonionic surfactant formed by the reaction of PEG 300 with oleic acid to create a stable ester. It is a versatile ingredient that functions as an emulsifier, lubricant, and emollient, making it useful in a wide range of formulations. With an HLB value of approximately 8, SierraSurf 300 MO is particularly suited for water-in-oil emulsions. It is anhydrous and soluble in most oils, allowing for easy formulation in oil-based systems. Compared to many conventional nonionic surfactants, it is less hazardous for human contact and more environmentally responsible, providing both performance and sustainability benefits.CERTIFICATIONS & REGULATORY
