OVERVIEW

SierraMide DEA is a Cocamide/DEA 1:1 that is 100% active. Cocamide DEA, also known as coconut diethanolamide or lauramide DEA, is derived from the fatty acids from coconut oil and diethanolamine (DEA). In cosmetics and personal care products, SierraMide DEA is used in the formulation of bath soaps and shampoo. SierraMide DEA exhibits powerful foaming action alone or as a foam booster. SierraMide DEA has a wide range of practical uses because of its wetting, detergency, foaming, and low cost.
