OVERVIEW

EtnaFoam HS N is a 100% active non-silicone defoamer base made of naphthenic oil with a high concentration of hydrophobized silica. It can be used as supplied in many cases, but it is formulated without emulsifiers or surfactants to help spreading and has a low surface activity. EtnaFoam HS N is used by formulators as a defoamer base and typically will have other components added such as spreading agents and emulsifiers to increase the performance.
